Hello,
We appreciate your concern. However, I can't find anything offensive at the link you provided. Am I just missing the context or was something changed?
Either way: We can't and will not censor the content of our members.
Ideally, we would find technical solutions to help mitigate issues like this. I see that you've already set your Soup to friends-only, which seems like a good decision. You can also add the user who made the reaction to your ignored users list by hovering over his avatar icon and clicking the appropriate checkbox.
In the future, we should definitely also offer a way of permanently removing (hiding) reactions you don't like showing up: I'll put that on the todo list.
As I mentioned, I believe I'm not seeing the specific content you're complaining about, and it might very well have been offensive and I really do appreciate your concerns -- but with all due respect I'd ask you to consider the possibility that you might be overreacting here, as it seems highly unlikely to me that someone actually intended to threaten the life of your child.
In any case, please do keep us updated on any further developments, and I'll do my best to try and answer any questions you may have.

Hi Michael, sorry for the late reply.
I just investigated this: The photos were being caught by our filter that's supposed to prevent importing copyrighted photos from group or tag search imports. From those feeds, we only import Creative Commons-licensed items.
In your case, you're importing photos by once specific account that are tagged in a certain way though: We should allow that.
I'll fix this and get back to you when it's online!

Hi Vanessa,
I've removed the import and all of its posts.
This is an account by a known spammer -- we had marked it this way, which means his posts don't show up on our "everyone" stream and the account was marked as not to be indexed by search engines. So overall, the damage from him importing your content should have been minimal.
For the future: You can contact us at team@soup.io or @soup_io on Twitter.
Thanks,
Christopher
