Exporting includes all submissions for all your positions in the database. For accounts that have the Team Permissions feature, it includes all the submissions for all the positions that are visible to the user making the request for the export.

Exporting the data doesn't affect the data in any way -- nothing is deleted or modified. It simply creates an XML file with the data from the database which is packed up in a zip file along with all the attachments that were sent in by candidates.

Oh, by the way, you can tell if an applicant is archived in the list by whether the Archive link shows up for a submission. I'll take a look at more improvements I can make here.

Thanks for the suggestion. The option to exclude archived submissions from the search results has been deployed.

Ok, I took a quick walk around the block and was struck with inspiration. :)

You can now edit the details for a position and choose which of the form fields you want to require. This gives you the flexibility to make that choice per-position.

The name field will continue to always be required.

Making it an option to require survey fields has been implemented. Still looking at the best way to optionally make fields on the main form required.

This has been implemented. You'll see an additional tab on your dashboard linking to a list of pending items if you have outstanding calls to action to review.

Just to follow up... I did add the button to do an export not long after this request was created -- just now getting around to noting it here. :)

NetNewsWire handles authenticated feeds just fine, but I'll add email notifications of new submissions to the todo list. I could also add feeds that don't require authentication but instead use a randomized URL to make it hard to access other's feeds.
