Hmm. Not really the solution I would be looking for.
Say that I have 10 reports to make, all with a different deadline. Let's say that Sandy could start reminding me (or prioritising) a set number of days before the deadline. That would be great!
Or, in another possible universe, if Sandy could be asked to only start including something in the to do list from a certain date onwards.
Or maybe by adding something like a priority list where you could add things to, so that these are top of the list, or "urgent", in the daily digest?
I know, I know, I'm getting more lazy every day...

Is it possible for me to specify when Sandy sends me a reminder? By default I have it set for one hour, which I like, but I'd like to be able to say: "remind me to pick up dry cleaning at 2:45pm" (which would indicate that I should be reminded at 2:45pm) or "remember to drop off the tax forms at the office at 10am, remind me at 9am".
Something along those lines would be helpful. Any ideas?

Hey Rich,
Your assessment is spot on. As I just replied in another thread:
--
We seem to have had a problem with a load balancer (a system that routes email from the outside world to our email servers) which caused some portion of email to Sandy to be deferred.
In other words, your email is still awaiting delivery, but with things flowing again, Sandy will respond to your messages just as quickly as she possibly can.
Obviously we don't take this sort of thing lightly and we'll be making sure that it doesn't happen again.
I apologize for the email delay and any issue this might have caused you.
--
A quick update: all incoming email is once again flowing smoothly into Sandy's inbox and she's reading and responding to them as quickly as she's able. She should have the entire lot handled within the next 20 minutes or so.
Once again, I appreciate your patience and (under the circumstances) rather good humor.

I'm experiencing the same thing. Sandy isn't responding to my emails, and I didn't get my normal reminders early this morning.
Sometimes when this happens, Sandy is processing my emails (it's just the replies that are delayed) -- I can tell this from the Web site. But today, the emails are not being processed -- they are probably sitting in Sandy's queue. (She'll probably plow through all the inbound emails at once when she comes back, and I'll get a flurry of replies later in the day.)-

Is there a way that Sandy can remember due dates?I want Sandy to be able to remember the due dates of an assignment and mark it as a To-do. This would really apply to school assignments (or work deadlines), where Sandy would remind me when its due, and alert me when its overdue (i forget to mark it as @done). Is there something close to this or is this planned for the future? Thanks.

Hi!
Good question. And the answer is: of course you can! Try this:

Or:
lookup next Wednesday's todos
Or:
Lookup this week @home
You'll find lots more on lookup at http://iwantsandy.com/help/lookup
Enjoy!
