I for got my password and i can't generate/retrieve a new one

When I tried to click on "forgot password" and entered my registered e-mail address i am getting the message "There was an error sending you the email with the new password, so your password has not been changed" i want to be logged-in.. Please help.. thanks!

Most likely.. you can;t log in to the Eskwela site.. This site (forum/getsatisfaction) is different from the Eskwela site.. you need to register twice, 1 from Eskwela.com and 1 here..

isn't it that there was an old forum where most the FAQ's were already answered by most the users? just wonderin where did it go?
