The instant ruby api is only available on templates at the moment.

They have now forwarded my mails to their technical staff. I have offered to help out with any questions they might have.

They just responded with "have a nice day " to my report on the Safari issue.

This is very important for me as well. I hate checks, dial up etc. If they had written their site correctly they would not have this problem.

It turns out their site is not Safari compatible. It does work in Firefox though. The error message they give is out not particularly helpful though.

Ista finally responded, saying that they have setup a new account for me. I still get the same error though.

I have been trying to pay my bill online as they say I can on the bill.

It returns with cryptic mainframe like error codes.

I have emailed their customer service a week ago with no reply.
