I also like the idea of a "satisfied" number to indicate the number of questions has satisfied. Like "42 people got satisfaction" from this user. This helps quantify a person's individual contribution. Of course the phrasing can be different like

Over 41 satisfied
42 Satisfactory Rating
12 ideas implemented.

Hopefully down the line a company may set up something to provide a prize to the most helpful person of the month probably something related to the product or service they are offering.

I added my company but now I am not able to add logo or do anything with it. I tried to claim but that too hasn't helped, its been a few days.

yup! we've got a few other upgrades to people's profiles that we need to get in first, but making it easier to follow and grade people around certain companies/products/categories of interest is something we definitely plan to roll out in the short-term.

biz: If you want to e-mail me off-site at eric at getsatisfaction dot com, I will do all I can to get you set up in the manner that you prefer. I don't want you to feel like you're exposing yourself, although we do like openness and transparency as a general rule. But, then again, we also don't want too many rules.

Just so you know, you can add a company as a "fan" or "other" (plus a number of other choices). Anyone can add a company, and you don't have to be an official rep. Also, you won't be an admin or official employee unless you "claim" the company.

Let me know which company it is, and I will help. Sorry if it is confusing in any way. We're working out all these little details, and your input is very helpful!

I wanted my company on the site but it automatically made me a 'service representative' and I'm not authorized for that. How can I jsut add my company without being forced to officially represent it?

Also, it is not showing up under my "employee of" section in my dashboard, but it definitely lists me as the contact person when you look up the company.
