This was a bug on Flickr's part. Looks like it's fixed now:

It was just coincidence that it worked from the photophlow room and not from yours. Give it another try

Hi Lynette - The fact that you appear to be logged in doesn't have any effect on being able to re-enter the room, so there's nothing we can do on our end.
Here are a few questions that might help use figure out the proble:
Do you have either the Flashblock or Noscript Firefox extensions installed? Are you on dialup? Where are you located? Can you try another browser (IE if you're on Windows, Safari if you're on Mac) and let us know if it helps?
Feel free to flickrmail me directly (Flickr user: neilberkman).

Matt - this topic is a year old but it refers to a general symptom that could have different causes. A number of people are using photophlow at the moment but Flickr's API servers are having sporadic problems and this seems to be affecting you. There's nothing we can do about this, so please try again in a little while. Thanks.

Hmmm - looks like Flickr made some changes on their end that may have cleared up this problem (although I haven't verified it myself)...

Paul - unfortunately it sounds like this is specific to your computer. If you're running any firewall software or any browser plugins like flashblock or noscript you might want to try disabling them.
Honestly the "crap" and "urge to kill" tags don't really make me want to spend a lot of time helping you. Photophlow may just not be for you.

Actually if I had to guess I'd say it's your copyright notice. When I look at it on Flickr I see a "question mark in a black diamond", which means that it's an invalid Unicode character. You can see this here:
http://skitch.com/neilberkman/abps/fl...
I noticed that in other photos where you don't have this copyright notice, there's no problem displaying the exif in photophlow. So you might try changing your copyright notice.
