David Coletta replied on July 03, 2008 14:58 to the question "How do I uninstall Adobe AIR-based Apps from my mac?" in Adobe:
On the Mac, you can just drag the AIR application to the Trash. More info here: http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewC...
By the way, AIR apps no longer get installed to ~/Applications on the Mac. That was how it worked in beta versions of AIR, but as of AIR 1.0, they are installed to /Applications like most other Mac applications are.

I just drag the Adobe AIR app onto AppZapper and zap it. Works flawlessly.
AppZapper is shareware, but you can try it out for a limited before having to purchase a license for $12.95. You can find it here: http://www.appzapper.com/

how is just having more followed spam? What if you have more followed and never posted would that be spam? or if you have a lot of followed and you post how does that go to your followed any more then it would if you were not on your followed list? What you are saying is that you Assume anyone with more then x (x being a point you decide) is a spammer and should be removed regardless of their actions.

Here is the main discussion thread for Twitter Spam:
http://getsatisfaction.com/twitter/to...
There are many different opinions on this but I think most people agree that an automated solution to this wouldn't be ideal because there would be too many false positives. It's my understanding that Twitter is manually reviewing accounts that are suspected of spam based on:
1) Spam reports filed by users from this Help page: http://twitter.com/help/
2) Heavy block activity against specific accounts
If they determine that the account violated the TOS, then they either take action against the account. Twitter staff, please correct me if I'm wrong on this.

Now THERE is a comment I can relate to. The snarky "Thanks for playing" comments aside, I can FINALLY see your perspective. And it makes sense. It would have saved all this negative energy if explained up front. Thanks for expanding on your frustration. – Mike, on May 26, 2008 01:28
