Zivio FAQs set one of Zivio FAQs' replies as an official response to "How do I charge the battery on my Zivio Headset?" in Joby
Zivio FAQs replied on July 01, 2008 00:54 to the question "How do I charge the battery on my Zivio Headset?" in Joby:

1. Connect the power adapter cable to the Zivio.
2. Plug the power adapter into wall outlet. The power adapter contains two ports, which can charge the Zivio and any other device that conforms to the USB standard.
3. Connect the cable to the power adapter. The red indicator light
is displayed during charging. It may take several minutes before charging starts. If charging does not start within 10 seconds, disconnect the power adapter, plug it in again, and retry. A full charge may take up to 2 hours.
4. When the battery is fully charged, the red indicator light turns green
. Disconnect the power adapter from both wall outlet and Zivio.
5. If the Zivio Headset does not appear to charge when using the wall charger unit, please try using only the USB charger cable attached to a functioning USB port on a computer that is running. (Warning: Only charge the Zivio with the cables provided by Joby.)

You can stop the Zivio indicator lights from blinking during calls by toggling the "Call in Progress" lighting.
To do so, press and hold the Joby
and Volume Up
buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. The indicator lights will still flash during pairing or if there is a low battery charge.
See the manual page on lights for more details

One of my topics appears to be an invalid feedI get the error Invalid feed at http://api.getsatisfaction.com/topics... with topic.php for that particular topic from http://listen4.us/support/topic.php?i... Other topics are working.
I think I may have broke that topic. Looking at it in Firefox, it looks botched.
Things I may have done: added a bunch of tags, then removed about half of them. Any idea what's going on? Some bad characters I'm sneaking in there?

Your device is a product of superior design and craftsmanship and should be treated with care. The suggestions below will help you protect your warranty coverage.
– Keep all accessories and enhancements out of the reach of small children.
– Keep the device dry. Precipitation, humidity, and all types of liquids or moisture can contain minerals that will corrode electronic circuits. If your device does get wet, allow it to dry completely.
– Do not use or store the device in dusty, dirty areas. Its moving parts and electronic components can be damaged.
– Do not store the device in hot areas. High temperatures can shorten the life of electronic devices, damage batteries, and warp or melt certain plastics.
– Do not store the device in cold areas. When the device returns to its normal temperature, moisture can form inside the device and damage electronic circuit boards.
– Do not attempt to open the device.
– Do not drop, knock, or shake the device. Rough handling can break internal circuit boards and fine mechanics.
– Do not use harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents, or strong detergents to clean the device.
– Do not paint the device. Paint can clog the moving parts and prevent proper operation.
All of the above suggestions apply equally to your headset, battery, power adapter, or any enhancement. If any device is not working properly contact Joby customer service for assistance at 1-800-574-1481 or email us at support@myzivio.com

Why are line breaks and urls stripped from company recommended answerHowdy,
It seems that line breaks and urls are stripped from the company_promoted $reply.content in topic.t. However, right below, the line breaks show up. A quick glance at the page source shows that the line breaks, etc are being passed, but aren't shown.
Alas! Digging into topic-reply.t I see that content is modified with a |nl2br. Now the line breaks are there, but, unlike Get Satisfaction, the urls still don't work.
It is conceivable that this issue is already solved, but just wanted to make sure you guys were aware. Now I'm going to check out Smarty to see if I can get a link maker. If you have recommendations, I'd love to hear them.
ROCK ON,
Michael
P.S. I adopted the new moniker to put up the FAQ. Hopefully, this post won't get me in trouble!
