Allow me to elaborate. Firstly... we LOVE your money! and we want to take it as quickly and often as possible!
All kidding aside, your order was placed on Saturday, so the earliest it would print in our factory is Monday. Normally it would ship about two business days after placement (so around Tuesday in your case), but we had some fat orders come through and it backed us up about a day or two in the factory. So I checked on your order and it is shipping today! So look for that charge to hit your card in the next day or two.

Really would like compression straps, and maybe a D-ring in the shoulder strap loop (south of the cam buckle) to pull on to tighten the strap, I put a carabiner in mine and it works great!

Hi Bo. Here is our company statement on this, which we shared with our authorized retailers and customers:

Yesterday we were alerted to the fact that Costco is selling one of our bags on their Premium site. As you can imagine, this was both a surprise and shock to us.

I can assure you that we at Timbuk2 care about where and how our products are being distributed and we know you do as well. We want all of you and our retailers to know that we take this seriously and that we are taking action.

Please note the following:
1. We did not sell our products to Costco.
2. Our Brand is very popular and our admirers try to duplicate our products and attract our customer.
3. We are taking action.

About 6 months ago this happened to us, and it was remedied within a few days. We have every belief that this will be the case here as well.

No that one is not the same. The material is slightly thinner and not the same width.

I agree we get a lot of requests for larger laptop sleeves and inserts. Thanks for this suggestion. I will make sure PD knows that you'd like to see this. I can't make any promises as to what our future product will be but we do listen to the users.

Stefan: Unfortunately, we haven't fixed this bug yet, but it's on our list, and my hope is that we can get it fixed very soon. We are planning to dig into a number of bugs today (bug-fix Friday!), and I will push to get this one at the top of that list. I appreciate your patience. I know it is an annoyance, especially for company employees who use that unanswered list to keep track of what's been tackled and what hasn't yet.
