Please keep the songs I buy queued up for when I go back into iOKi.When I put a bunch of songs in the queue to download, I sometimes get a call or my song goes to sleep before I can finish downloading. PROBLEM is that I have to re-do my download queue everytime I go back into iOKi. Could you change it so that iOKi saves my queue and restarts downloading each time.

Feedback on Twitter posts...Here are some suggestions for posting to Twitter from iOKi:
1. Use a URL shortener. Bit.ly has a great tracking system for your statistics.
2. I figure you are working on the website where that URL goes...why not use Blah Blah Blah? ;) --inside joke--
3. Give more user control in the future --what if they are singing an 'embarassing' song? Give a switch on the song to turn off twitter notifications
4. Put a link to @iokikaraoke in the tweet
5. Change the verbage in the post:
I just rawked [song name] in the style of [artist] on @iokikaraoke bit.ly/link
I know that you aren't a fan of 'in the style of', but people on Twitter are already balking at the 'made popular by' on certain songs (arguing about who actually made it popular without knowing what it means).

Keeping iPhone From Going into Sleep ModeMy iPhone goes into sleep mode halfway through a song if I don't watch it. Is there a way to keep the iPhone from doing this while I'm playing songs?

Representing check-ins on TwitterI'd like to set my preferences for how check-ins get represented on Twitter in the future. For instance, right now it doesn't seem to tweet out my whereabouts (only the shout-out). I think it sends a DM to friends with the exact address. But in actuality, it wouldn't bother me if some of the whereabouts would give the exact address. It would be great to be able to choose that as I check in. ex. {}give exact address {}just give place name {}don't tell anyone where I'm at.

I'm locked out of my account! So. I'm locked out of my account for trying to login too many times and getting my password wrong. But that's not the whole story. Here it is:
1. Someone told me that when they went to my blog, horsepigcow.com, it asks for their Twitter authentication, so I pulled up my blog and, sure enough, it asked me, too.
2. I typed in my Twitter password and the authentication box went away.
3. Then I panicked 'cause I thought, "OMG, there were all these accounts hacked last week and there was phishing, so I'd better go and change my password on Twitter!" And I went and changed my password on twitter (on my settings, which said it accepted the change)
4. I then went and removed the twitter widget from my blog sidebar, had a friend pull up my website (who was being asked for Twitter authentication earlier) and she told me the issue of authentication went away.
5. Then I go to Tweetdeck, which obviously didn't like that I changed my password and asks me for my password. I give it my new one. It says, "WRONG!" So I try my old password, "WRONG!" new password? "WRONG!" and so on.
6. Thinking it may be a Tweetdeck issue, I go back to the browser and try to login there. And it sends me to this message: "You are locked out of your account because you've tried to login too many times."
I'm thinking the following happened:
a. fixing the hacker/phisher problem may have triggered my lockout
b. something pushed through this morning may have temporarily 'broken' the api used in the twitter widget.
p.s. I'm now back into Twitter, but still wanted to record this as a potential bug.

I definitely already do that. Got rid of my car 3.5 years ago. I want to know how I can empower OTHERS to be heroes. ;) – missrogue, on November 06, 2008 19:19

Locations aren't always personalThis seems to be built around personal locations, but many of my locations are shared...yet, there is no way to hook my locations into someone elses locations. Why is it structured like this and will you have a way to generalize locations in the future?
