Why "state" instead of "status" in Lighthouse integration? Fix?Lighthouse integration: I keep trying to use "status:resolved" when I want to close a ticket instead of "state:resolved" because Lighthouse uses the term "status". Could you at least include an alias for this type of command? It's irritating that it's not consistent.

A comment on the question "SMS command for checkin not in reference page." in Brightkite:
Notsheep, checkins should work via SMS with or without the space. I just tested this to be sure and it worked for me both ways. The exclusion of checking in using a placemark is an oversight and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We will be sure to update the SMS guides with that information. :) – Lesley, on August 25, 2008 23:18-

There appears to be an inconsistency/error in the sms commands on the Starter Guide/Reference. In the Complete Reference, the checkin is given as:
@address
But in the Starter Guide, it says:
@ address (with a space after the @)
From my testing, it looks like the latter (with the space) doesn't work.
Also there is nothing on either page about checking in using a label (@label), which I think would be a useful addition.

Alright, this is finished and should be up either today or tomorrow.
Sorry to give you the homework assignment there! This did turn out to be a pretty clear-cut case of UI consistency once I started digging in – but your thoughts there will definitely help us out in some other areas as well. So thanks for sharing, and keep the feedback coming :)

Add a "remember me" option to the login. It would be nice not to have to log in every time. Could you add a "remember me" checkbox and functionality? Thanks guys.
Nate Ritter replied on July 26, 2008 10:03 to the idea "Add links to people/churches in sidebar" in ROOV:
Sweet. Thanks Nick.
I guess my motivations for this request is consistency. The icons and names in a discussion are clickable, so why not the ones on the right side. Plus, my particular use case was that I was reading a discussion and noticed that the name of the person on the right was part of the discussion. It also showed the church they go to (which is not shown on the left side). So, I wanted to know more about the church since I'm currently not attending one. I tried clicking on it and found I couldn't. So, I went to click on their name/icon to see if perhaps I could get to the church from their profile, but as you've seen, it doesn't have a link.
Anyway, thanks for listening.

Hi Nate,
Thanks for the interesting idea. Our first feedback here on Get Satisfaction, so thanks :)
Could you share a little bit more about your motivations prompting this suggestion? In general, I'd love to hear more about unmet assumptions or expectations about how the app should work. Or specific tasks that are either interrupted or impossible to complete.

Add links to people/churches in sidebarAdd links on sidebar to "Experiences" and "People in this [x]". The names, photos of people, and church names all need links to the appropriate places on the site.
A comment on the question "SMS checkin and notes not showing up in placestream" in Brightkite:
Hi quepol, have you checked your filters? If you click the "Show Filters" link under What's Happening, you can enable/disable checkins, notes, and photos from appearing in your streams. Please let us know if your notes still are not showing up. – Lesley, on July 15, 2008 19:49
