If you're using a custom feed, it only releases episodes on the schedule selected. And if an episode isn't in your feed, the link to the episode on the show page won't be displayed.

You can go to the My Subscriptions page and click the "release next episode" link. And if you want to consume them faster, change your frequency. By default, we set it at once a week. But you can go daily.

And yes, you can download any episode you choose manually. Just visit the books page and click the link to the episode. Toothless is here: http://podiobooks.com/title/toothless

Once downloaded, drag it into iTunes. Done!

It sounds like your confusing technologies, JW. The "feed" gets "fed" to a podcatcher, like iTunes. Then the podcatcher, not you, takes care of the downloading. It automate the process. The feed isn't designed for a human to look at. It's designed to tell the podcatcher what files to download.

If you want to download episodes manually, simply scroll down on the page and start clicking links to episodes. No need to subscribe if you want to do that as there's no "schedule" you're adhering to.

Clicking the title of the episode works fine for me, Nicky. If you've clicked the "subscribe" button, you'll only see download links for the episodes that have been added to your feed.

But it doesn't sound like you want a feed. Sounds like you just want to download episodes as you want. That's OK, too. Unsubscribe, then go back to the book page. All of the episodes will contain active links.

Jack Wakes Up only has 20 episodes. I'm unsure what you mean by "Jack Wakes Up says it loaded 34 of 34". But I can say for certain that there are 20 episodes of this book. If you have 20, you've got 'em all.

They aren't disapearing. Rather, liks to episodes follow the subscriptionls release schedule. Any 'released' episodes in your feed will have a link to the .mp3 file. Any episode not yet released in your custom feed will not have a link.

And when you are logged out, the system doesn't know about what you have and haven't listened to, so all links display.
