The rings convert into the following standard US sizes:

Hard Leather Stuff- HLS ships to us via Surface Parcel from Germany, and may take a month or more.

Pleaser USA (Boots, Shoes and Handbags)- In general, PLS- item numbers come in within two weeks of the order.

Alchemy Gothic- In general our Alchemy orders come in within two weeks, but on occasion it can take 4-6 weeks. In most cases, we get a tracking number for our shipment, and can check the status of it within 2 weeks of placing your order; sometimes we are in the dark until the shipment arrives at our office.

I would build Get Satisfaction directly into my site's interface - the widget is a good start, but I would like to tie it closer into the site design and layout.

I would also integrate my user database more closely; the hCard import is again a good start, but the ability to either automate that (if a logged-in user clicks on a Satisfaction link from Rosebleed, their info will automatically be pulled into Satisfaction without their interaction) or obviate it (topics/replies entered through my site are attached to the Rosebleed user who posted them, without having to create a Satisfaction account).

Due to the wide range of products we carry, we can't keep everything in stock. Therefore, much of what we sell is listed as "preorder", which means we don't have it on hand, but can get it.
Different suppliers have different lead times.

d'oh!
I thought the implied 'n' rule would take effect for 'n' with no sub-properties. I've now changed it to explicitly mark up the given- and family- names if possible, otherwise to leave out the 'n' class entirely.

Looks like I've solved the problem with Rosebleed profiles - it appears that the AJAX call to http://getsatisfaction.com/hcards doesn't play well with URLs containing '?'. I've modified the Rosebleed profile page to allow pathinfo (http://rosebleed.net/users/profile.ph...) and now Satisfaction can see the profile.
