What version of the software are you running?
I heard that anything below 6.2 is really buggy, but they resolved the auto shut off feature in newer revisions.

I'm assuming you're on a PC, not a Mac. You may want to try changing the channel that the router is operating on--there could be interference from other routers using the same channel. Also, I've had some luck changing the name of my router.

Some routers have other features that can cause problems with specific transceivers. You may want to try toggling some of these off.

Yes I reset both the modem and router.
It works about 10% of the time.

While driving with the battery charger in, my Tom Tom 720 contanstly wants to shut itself off. Is there a way to turn this setting off?

My Belkin wireless router constantly looses conductivity with my modem.

The modem works fine for the TV and phone. Anyone has any ideas?
