You should see HTTP traffic in Wireshark, yes.

What OS are you on? If you are on Windows, you can try uninstalling Wakoopa and reinstalling again (if you already didn't do this). On Mac you can try the following command in Terminal to wipe your settings and try again: defaults delete com.wakoopa.wakoopatracker

Do you need to setup a proxy if you are browsing the internet? The tracker uses HTTP, so if you don't need one for browsing, you don't need to setup the tracker for a proxy.

When making screenshots and using the webpost function to place these screenshots online, Skitch used to have the option that directly copied the URL of the full uploaded picture to your clipboard. Now you need to go to the Skitch site and look for it, which adds extra overhead.

Will this functionality return in future versions?

The total usage data is calculated once every day if a day has completely passed in the whole world. This explains why you see your data two days late. We are working on improving this, the more "live" the data can be, the better.

As we get a lot of data every 15 minutes from all our users, processing this data live is a challenge. Sometimes we are backed up an hour in processing these. It's also in the works to process this better

As for the applications that are not tracked: can you give me your username? I can check out we're missing things.

This is a known issue. The value listed there is indeed incorrect, we will fix the problem that's causing this and update the number of users to their original state.

That's strange. Can you run this command in your Terminal (Application > Utilities > Terminal):

defaults read com.wakoopa.wakoopatracker
