Seeing as how this is a BizSpark (a small business program by Microsoft) forum and not really about BizTalk, I would like to point you to the BizTalk forums on MSDN.com. I would post the error you're encountering with the event log entry (full text) as well, and see what help you can find. I would start with a search before posting, however.

Hi there,
I'm a BizTalk Technology Specialist in the San Francisco Bay Area. What you're asking is no small thing, and I extremely highly recommend that you contract a specialist to install and configure your BizTalk environment if this is a production environment. If your integration environment isn't set up well, I wouldn't expect your integrations to run well.
If you're simply building a sandbox with which to learn BizTalk, well, that's a different story.
First, here are the BizTalk Server 2006 R2 installation guides, which contains a lot of good information:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/de...
Next, here's the BizTalk Operations Guide, which is something you should review and keep as a reference:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/li...
For the hands-on approach, here are the BizTalk virtual labs on MSDN:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/virtu...
Finally, I have written a BizTalk Self-Study guide if you're interested:
http://blogs.msdn.com/chrisromp/archi...
Nothing will replace real training, however, and I would recommend that if possible you also check out the 2-day Microsoft course for BizTalk deployment and administration:

Best of luck,

Chris Romp replied on December 13, 2008 01:27 to the question "Add on for IE which will scan for phone numbers?" in Microsoft Corporation:
Programming language probably doesn't matter; you could write using managed or unmanaged code. Probably (guessing) a COM interface somewhere.
IE Browser Extensions:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/libra...(VS.85).aspx
I would guess it would match based on a regular expression (RegEx), but I've never written one so I don't know.
It might be better if you found someone with experience to contract this sort of thing to. Elance.com might be a good place to start. Otherwise check out open source project sites (codeplex.com, sourceforge.net, Google Code, etc.) to see if there are any similar projects you could study and learn from.
That's about all the help I can give on this topic since I've never written one myself.
Good luck,
Chris
Chris Romp replied on December 12, 2008 22:47 to the problem "HIJACKED EMAIL ACCOUNT" in Microsoft Corporation:
I'm not on the Hotmail/Live team, so I can't give you any direct help. But first thing, you should probably remove your account and other personal information from the above post as this is NOT an official support forum.
First, you should go to support.live.com and click on Windows Live ID. Search for "forgot password" and click on "how can I reset my password?". At the bottom of the page there will be a link to "Get more help" which is a form for Live ID support. Using that form you can inform them of what's taken place and they may be able to at least lock the affected account until the issue can be resolved.
Other steps:
1) Run a full scan of any computers used with that account to check for malware and keyloggers, etc.
2) Think back about any public locations recently used. Have you clicked on links for or visited any suspicious web sites recently? Any Microsoft mailings the account owner may have responded to which requested the username and password?
3) Have any new applications been installed in the past few weeks?
The most frequent method of a complete stranger taking over an account is through spyware or phishing (search these terms for a more in-depth explanation).
Again this is NOT AN OFFICIAL SUPPORT FORUM (sorry about the caps; just trying to be clear).
Good luck,
Chris

Chris Romp replied on December 11, 2008 18:07 to the problem "Windows LifeCam VX 6000 picking up a huge amount of noise" in Microsoft Corporation:
Is it a "buzzing" noise or just background? If you're using Windows Live Messenger, try running the audio/video setup wizard (Tools menu). If it's another program, you can configure the sound input devices (in Vista) by right-clicking on the sound icon in the taskbar (by the clock), and choose Recording Devices.
Has the cord been punctured or frayed at all? Is the connection of the cord into the camera still solid? Cord into the plug?
If something is just plain broken with the camera, I would check to see if it's under warranty and replace it. If not, you can get another mic for relatively cheap and configure your chat program to use that mic instead of the cam's mic.
