i already emailed you the answer to this. urls are not unique to just your blog, but are unique across posterous. so if another site already has "sunday" then your post might be "sunday-2"

changing the title does NOT change the url

You can turn off the download link in site settings
Click manage
Click edit settings
Turn off downloads
