Well Allan, I should have mentioned that I have not yet signed up for a paying plan so I'm guessing that's where the problem lies. In reality, I was trying to figure out whether I really needed to have a separate account for my second business as there is not much further activity going on. Your screencast answered my questions so I think I'm all set.

Hi Allen, I added a new business to my existing account but it simply redirects me back to the Dashboard of my original business. Am I misunderstanding the purpose of the Add Business function? For reference, I'm looking to differentiate the income/expenses from two businesses that I run.

Hi, very sorry about the confusion, its under "Settings/Import Data" select "Edit Business Settings". On that page there is a button at the bottom "Add New Business". Please let me know if this answers your question properly.

We just fixed the Account, Password, Date & Time, etc. links on http://iwantsandy.com/settings. Thanks for letting us know about that problem.

Assuming those links work for you now, please double check your timezone and default alarm time settings on the Date & Time tab. Please do let us know if that seems to be the problem or not.

Well I do not see Default reminder or time zone and there is nothing poping up.

What I can is klick on settings then I get a line where I can find several words like...account, password, date&time, etc..if I try to klick on one nothing happens.

I am using Internet Explorer Q832894 - and Windows XP.

well, that's odd... i had deactivated daily digest email a couple of days ago, and now -after reactivating it- i didn't receive anything! i reactivated it at 07:00am local time, and set delivery time at 09:00am local time... time zone is still set to "Europe-Athens"...

Where "[7:00am]" is a pop-up menu from which you can choose whatever time you prefer.

The same is true for Time zone.

Are you seeing the labels "Default reminder time" and "Time zone"? The "[7:00am]" part? Are you saying that the "[7:00am]" appears but clicking it does nothing?

If I may ask: What operating system (Windows, Mac, Linux, ...) and browser (Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox, ...) (and what version of each if you know) are you using?

We'll get it sorted, don't you worry!

I also have a problem with the daily diggest. I am in Germany and I get my daily diggest at 7pm. I can also not chnage the settings because there are no options for me to chose. I see the titel dates and times but if I click on it - nothing happens.

Hello guys, I have a similar problem, but it's a bit more complicated... So here goes:
1.The daily digest comes a day late.
2.On my "today" screen I get yesterday's list.
3.On my "tomorrow" I get tomorrow's list (!)
4.The only way I can see the proper "today" list, is by manually changing the day on the calendar on the right to the next day (!!)
5.The individual reminders arrive properly.
6.The individual tasks on every list have the correct appointed date (i.e. on Wed 05/12 list, I have 2 tasks with "Tue 04/12" date).

Any ideas?

Apart from that, I thing you're doing a great job, I'm looking forward to greater things from you guys!

PS My time zone is Europe-Athens (Greece)...
