Yeah I only noticed the attach image when one is replying to a message - but not when one starts a topic or conversation. Anyway, thank you for updating.

As a side note, there actually is file attachment capability in Get Satisfaction. Via the image uploader or just using raw HTML.

After facing the sacred "Screen of Death", similar to what you'll see when you first migrate to XP if you're a PC user, and having not even 500 'friends/fans' in your list, nor participating in 200 groups nor posting an encylopaedia on your profile, I'm wondering if creating groups that benefit the Community gets your account disabled - I've been getting incessant warnings and am wondering could this be related to the recent FBI/Facebook Worm that is being spreading like AIDS {though not funny, it is a serious debunk seeing that since Mark Zuckerberg talks about FB being visited by more than 1k Devs to its platform}, the Question in mind is will it ever be the SOCIAL CHANGE Platform in the future? Do MySpace, Friendster, Xing, Beetnic have this problem? NO! They don't so why must Facebook make it inconvenient for people to communicate? Why create a platform to deter Social Workers and Media {I'm a Writer / Journalist} to effectively work on its platform? I'd like to add the screenshots here on GetSatisfaction, but there's no file attachement facility - one can only imagine if Mark Zuckerberg's profile is actually valid in the first place.

Oh indeed, it'll be awesome! We'll need another week probably to finish the new features -- and if you'd like, we'll gladly give you early access then to get your feedback and help in testing things.

We're actually completely overhauling "Channels" as well as the interaction for posting links. Selecting a channel and adding image will be much easier (and more fun :) Give us another 10 days or so.

Thanks! A number of other users really want that feature too -- we'll soon make it a preference setting that you can turn of/off as you like.

Yep. We're still working on a safe way to add custom embeds. Once we're confident about the security, we'll publish this feature.
