Aaron Antrim shared an idea in Bank of America on September 17, 2009 16:50:
Online payment default should be for statement balance, not minimum payment amountWhenever I pay my Bank of America Alaska Airlines Visa card bill online, the Bank of America online system enters $15, the minimum payment amount, as the default payment. The current total statement amount is not included on that page. This seems like a way of encouraging customers not to pay the full amount of their statement to me. I suggest that the default payment amount should match the current statement amount, or that the current statement amount should be presented on the page where I choose how much to pay. At least that way, I wouldn't need to navigate backwards to see what I owe everytime.
I have a few other credit cards I pay online, and the way their online systems work follow the functionality I've suggested to be implemented.

Thanks for the heads up on the Power Support "Anti Glare Film for 15-in. MacBook Pro." I may purchase that, but I am a little scared of the purportedly difficult install process.
I learned that TechRestore offers a $199 matte screen replacement option for the MBP.

Would this violate the existing warranty on my MacBook? What about the 3-year AppleCare warranty I purchased?
Aaron Antrim asked a question in Skype on February 28, 2009 22:41:
Has anyone been able to use the Jawbone 2 with Skype for Mac? Or know why I can't?I am running the latest version of Skype (2.7.0.330) and Mac OS 10.5.6, the Jawbone 2, and a 2 month old MacBook Pro.
I am experiencing an issue where the Jawbone headset randomly cuts out or produces static for folks on the other end or the line.
The Jawbone seems to work fine with my mobile phone.
Any definitive answer on what the problem is? I am suspecting an issue between the implementation of Bluetooth on my Mac and the headset.

Aaron Antrim replied on February 23, 2009 17:08 to the question "How long does it take for my online number to become active?" in Skype:
Looking at this further, I am finding that the number is reserved, but I have not paid yet. I have the option of paying for the subscription to the online number service. I have to drill-down through about 3 pages to get there, and thought I remembered going through a process to purchase the new service, so that's why I was confused.
I would suggest to make the action associated with hyperlinks on these account pages clearer, and to reduce the depth of pages the user must go through to complete actions.
Aaron Antrim asked a question in Apple on February 22, 2009 20:02:
Can an IMAP email account be configured so new items don't show in Mac OS Mail Inbox?Hi,
I would like for my assistant to be able to access my IMAP mail account and vice versa. It will be useful to see complete correspondence history for clients and jobs.
However, I only want to see his email when I choose to, or when I run a search. I do not want all his new mail to show in my inbox, and neither does he need all my new mail to show in his inbox.
Is there a way I can add an IMAP account so that it's available as an account, but where new mail doesn't show in the inbox?
Thanks!-
