Linux and v0.9The download/install of v0.9 on linux doesn't seem to work. I wanted to try to download and install it manually, but I don't see it available on the site. Where is it?

Timepost has encountered a problem and needs to closeI downloaded the 2.5 trial because I want to see how it's BaseCamp integration works before buying. Unfortunately, as soon as it runs I get an error that says "Timepost has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." "If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost." That's in Windows XP.

Doesn't seem to respect SSL (HTTPS)SSL on my site is messed up by IntenseDebate (http://xavisys.com). Even on pages that don't have comments (I'm using the WordPress plugin). It's loading http://www.intensedebate.com/remoteVi... and I see no option to have it load it from https.

User's URL doesn't show in moderationWhen moderating comments, you can't see the user's URL. In WordPress, this is usually where the commenter's name is going to link to. Since a lot of spammers leave perfectly acceptable comments (although sometimes generic) and only rely on their name being linked to a porn (or equally questionable) site, it's important to know. This shows in the E-Mail that I'm sent, but not on the bulk moderation screen.
