I would say this depends on what you want to track. If you are most interested in calories, you can create a custom cardio exercise and track time and level of exertion. If you want to track how much weight you are doing with certain exercises, you will need to add all of the exercises to a custom workout.
We hope to have better integration with Body Pump and other class-oriented fitness programs in the future. Thanks for your question.
