You can set up each wiki to have a different password. If you upgrade your wiki, you'll also be able to give different access levels. It sounds like what might work best for you is to create a wiki for each group, and assign each wiki a different password.
My recommendation: sign up for a PBwiki Account (at my.pbwiki.com) if you have not already done so. As the administrator of multiple wikis with different passwords, the PBwiki Account will allow you to have much better access and help you organize :)
