A comment on the idea "Scalix contacts extension" in Postbox, Inc.:
Clarification - Disclosure: I am a Scalix employee.
This sounds like a great initiative, thanks for taking a look at it! – acodring, on October 28, 2009 19:59

acodring asked a question in Evernote on September 11, 2008 19:55:
What is 'extended search syntax'?I've been trying to figure out how much I can do with search in Evernote for Windows, especially saving searches.
Today I noticed a tooltip that appears when I point at the search box, it says "Search Query (F6), Search notes as you type; extended search syntax is supported."
So far google and I can't find any hints as to what 'extended search syntax' is. It sounds interesting though.... Anyone got hints?

Tagging when sending notes to Evernote by email: Howto? Syntax? Can I put tags right into emails somehow so the tags are applied to the note automatically when they arrive in my account?
acodring replied on February 06, 2008 21:07 to the question "Remind about time A at time B" in I want Sandy:
I've run into this several times. We need some syntax to set a reminder time per event. Keeps the ical neat and tidy while reminding me early enough that I can do something about it.
e.g. Remind me Tuesday at 8pm that I'm going for lunch with bob at noon on Wednesday.
I'm a brown bagger, so the reminder would save me from making an unnecessary lunch... :-) You can probably think of more life critical use cases.
