Everything should be worked out now, so you should see Pownce in your lifestream again. Looks like there were some minor API changes that came along with public file support in Pownce that we needed to touch up. -

We are working with the Pownce team now to get this resolved, I'll post an update as soon as I get some more information. This should hopefully be fixed very soon. -

It looks like all of our requests to Pownce are timing out. This is probably something on their end, but I'll look into it more to make sure we aren't doing anything wrong. -

We actually track everyone that you're following (since there's no distinction between "friend" and "following" in Twitter).
Your problem might be that we're only currently tracking the 20 most recent tweets. This is something that we've already addressed and will be fixed in the next big release. We are in testing with the feature right now. -
