I'm fighting with Sprint. I'm being charged early termination fees for a contract I didn't agree to. I have talked to the supervisor who basically said I'm out of luck. The representatives never documented my concern about going into a contract when I bought new phones (the old ones died). I told the sales rep I wouldn't buy the phones if it meant a new contract. I was assured it wouldn't start a new one, and so I bought the phones. I told the rep to make sure it was documented, and I was told it was. Now I'm being charged $400.00 because of the early termination and there are no notes in the system saying I ever questioned the contract issue. Sprint definitely sucks when it comes to customer service.-

Well i called them, and u were right they lied!!!They said i had no contract, that it expired!! Which is hard to believe, because when you get 2 $500 phones for $300 total u have to re-new ur contract for 2 years. BUT, SINCE the trems of contract that were negotiated were outside what sprint could allow. they said my contract expired and was not re-newed!! BOY HOW convenient!! PEOPLE SUE FOR SHIT LIKE THIS!(BREACH OF CONTRACT) – acura813, on July 23, 2008 21:57

Call and tell them you want 10% off your bill each month for their mistake and for lying to you, or tell them you will cancel...THey should do it, and it's their fault for lying to you...trust me I hate our customer service also, I know how you feel...I deal with them every day, or whats better go in a store and tell the rep to help you, if you're in the store actually talking to someone they might help more.

When i re-neg the contract..sprint tv premier was part of the agreement. It use to be the $25 plan. but for some reason B/R couldnt get it to work, so they had given a $10 monthly service credit for both phones to bring that $25 plan down to $15. Now heres were i get confused ..when i called in june and talk to paul in B/R because the problem hasnt been resolved..he dropped it to the $15 power vision, AND HE ASSURED ME NOTHING WOULD CHANGED BUT THE BILL. THAT I WOULD STILL BE GETTING SPRINT TV PREMIER AS AGREED IN THE ORIGINAL TERMS!! – acura813, on July 23, 2008 19:08

Well one is just basic e-mail and internet, etc, um, how many phones do you have? I bet you subscribed to a channel...on your phone goto sprintTV and choose "My subscriptions"...it will show what channels u subscribed to.
If you have the $15 powervision or w/e then if you chose "Get more channels" or some option like that it will get you premium tv which would be included in the $25 pack. check the subscription thing on your phones in sprint tv...

Thnx..i hope you can help, but i doubt it everytime i call ..c/s says it has to be move up to a higher archy..(buisness retention dept)!!! I dont know if this is it but on my bill theres a $9.99 charge for sprint tv extra. which i shouldnt be getting charged for that ..even buisness retention dept said that! – acura813, on July 23, 2008 18:45

I would look at your bill, see exactly what you getting charged for. Maybe a discount went away...or overage in minutes or texting. Tell us WHY you are getting charged, not just you are getting charged, if you want, post a scan the first 7 pages of your bill(thats all we need) and blank out phone numbers addresses etc for your privacy, and we can help...but just saying you keep getting charged $10 wont do any good, because I can't tell WHY.
