I just checked your feed and I can subscribe to it fine and see all the items in it.
Perhaps it's something in your iTunes settings? Try clicking on "Settings" in the bar across the bottom of the podcast section in iTunes and see if there's a setting there that's preventing you from seeing all the episodes in your feed.
Hope that helps.

I *could* do this by getting people to associate their Huffduffer profiles with their Twitter profiles (using Twitter's OAuth API) but I'm kind of reluctant to contribute to more link spam on Twitter.
Does anyone else think that this would be a good idea? If there's enough support for it, I can look into adding it.

Huffduffer Firefox plug-in now availableIf you use Firefox, huffduffing just got a whole lot easier thanks to the new Firefox plug-in.
You can download the plug-in from the Mozilla site.
Then, when you're browsing the web, whenever you come across an audio file you'd like to huffduff, you can right-click on the link and select "Huffduff it". A new window will pop up with the Huffduffer form pre-filled with the audio link and the page title.
Of course, you can continue to use the bookmarklet which works for all browsers. This is just a nice bonus for Firefox users.

Thanks, Michele. I really appreciate it. I know what you mean about wanting to machine tag the world. :-)
Sorry it took me so long to separate out machine tags; I should have done it sooner.
By the way, you may have coined what is possibly my favourite tag ever:

A comment on the question "Any chance of a networking capability?" in Huffduffer:
No, the Similar People list isn't generated from tag similarity; it's generated from overlapping taste in huffduffed files. So if I've huffduffed a lot of the same files as you, I'd probably show up in your list of similar people. – adactio, on May 23, 2009 12:03

Right. I've added a "Share" section in the sidebar. This has the markup for embedding and for linking.
Here's an example page:

Yeah, I plan to offer up a couple of different embedding options: JavaScript generated widgets, Flash players ...just need to find the time to make 'em.
If anyone else wants to make one, the API probably has everything you need: http://huffduffer.com/api
Thanks for the suggestion, Josh.

I'm very sorry it's taken me so long to respond, Fergal.
To be honest, I'm in a bit of quandary. On the one hand, I take your point that it would be quite handy to get an aggregated feed of everything huffduffed by people you find interesting (minus anything you have already huffduffed yourself). As you rightly point out, the way to this would be to somehow mark people as being interesting/following/friending.
On the other hand, that smells like a social network to me and one of the things I wanted to avoid with Huffduffer was creating yet another social network where you have to go through and find all the people you already know on other social networks.
I'll have a look at the Delicious model. They're usually very good at figuring this kind of thing out (without turning into yet another social network).
Thanks for letting me know that this is something you'd like to see: that's very valuable feedback.
