Hi Shama,

This is not an option on our end. Based on how the process works I am sure it is a setting somewhere on Facebook's side. I just dug around Facebook settings and I do not even know how you would enable or disable such an option. I will try to contact them for some more help on this.

We had a problem with a few OAuth sites recently, including Photobucket. Let me know if you are still having a problem with Photobucket or Facebook and I'll look into it more

it was tested and worked. we asked dozens of users if they would prefer the link to be posted as a link. most replied that's how it should have been from the start and it only makes sense. since it is a change in functionality we should have made the option to revert. we will add that option soon (hopefully tomorrow)

We haven't made any changes on our end. We are getting an error message from their server when we try to send status updates. I left a message on their developer forum.

We had numerous problems with our Facebook application before, but after the switch to Facebook Connect they seem to have cleared up. The instructions have been updated. If you are still having a problem let us know. (It would have to be a different problem now since the previous method no longer exists)

This is most likely a problem with the application or website you are sending from. For example, if you are sending from gmail, go to settings, general, outgoing message encoding, and select unicode. Other clients should have a similar setting.
