mms and email are two separate methods. Make sure you send with e-mail. We do not currently receive mms.

It sounds like you may have ran the iphone update. The old iphone version did not have mms and would send the picture as e-mail. The new version will send as mms, which we do not currently support. It should work if you send it as e-mail.

Hi Erin, sorry for the slow response. For most networks, including Twitter and Facebook, you have to register an application with them to get that "from" name on the feed. This process would be impractical for us to set up and maintain for 3rd party apps (and is different for various networks).

Instead, if you register your app with Twitter and call the Twitter API before submitting the message to Ping.fm, your "from" name will be displayed. Our API has the option to exclude Twitter (or any others your app does beforehand) from the post to avoid duplicates. This gives you the same outcome as you desire but it is a little more work.

We can only provide stats on the clicks you get from links you post. If you want more detail on readers from each network, it is not technically possible for us to do that. you would have to ask the network to give you that information (they most likely won't provide it even if they do have it).

Start by ensuring it is enabled in your Ping.fm settings, then also check your sent messages and make sure we are attempting to send it there. http://ping.fm/recent/ (services will have the P logo - http://ping.fm/_images/icons/custom.png)

If it is there, try a manual test of your custom url or just go to it in your browser and make sure it doesn't give you a page not found or other error.

If you are using gmail, go to your settings and check "Use Unicode (UTF-8) encoding for outgoing messages". Other e-mail clients should have a similar setting.

Yes there is. If you are sending messages to sites that do hashtags such as Twitter and normal tags like Blogger at the same time, we will remove the # on Blogger and add the word as a tag. We don't have any messages like "there is already someone logged in". One account can be logged in from two places. It sounds like they may be entering the wrong login information instead.

I have noticed now that when we disconnect and reconnect the Skype bot, other users can not see it online until they also disconnect and reconnect. It seems to be a problem with Skype. It is online.

If it is still not working it may be on Twitterfeed's end. If they set your posting method to default your triggers should work. They may be specifying status or microblog (I haven't used twitterfeed so i'm not sure if it's an option)
