I totally understand. We actually have a partnership with OneRiot but we picked them over many other terrific search tools because we feel it aligns with our core direction of the add-on.

Hi Cyn. Try going to the AIM, MSN, Google Talk or Yahoo! IM tab in Yoono. You'll see a sub-tab with "IMs" labeled and you can then see active chats right there.

What steps are you taking to find the IMs?

UPDATE: We've noticed a few isolated cases where users who have the incorrect time or time zone on their computer will affect authentication to services.

Please make sure your time settings are correct.

Sounds good! We do our best to make the upgrade process seamless but sometimes if you were an early Yoono user, the API authorizations get outdated and "stuck" and it's always good to start fresh.

Hi there. Thanks for submitting this idea. At the time, this isn't in the roadmap or planning but I'd like to keep the topic open so others can weigh in and vote for this as well.

ah. So that's certainly an issue. You'll need to access Friendfeed.com in order to get the correct activation info to set it up with Yoono.

Hi Toni. It sounds to me like there is a communication issue between Facebook & Yoono that might have happened when you upgraded from 6.2.

My advice is to remove facebook from Yoono and re-add it. Actually, these instructions I posted will help you remove FB properly.
