So does it just seem slow today or are you seeing errors? I'm guessing you updated to Yoono 7, right?

Facebook acceess via Yoono should be functional now. Please let us know if you continue to have issues.

Since you're using Yoono for Firefox, it's actually an automatic process. Yoono will check for updates periodically and notify you if there are new versions of your add-ons available for download.

If you want to force the update process, you can launch the add-ons area of Firefox and check for updates manually.

Hi Glen. Thanks for submitting this. So first of all, if you close Yoono by clicking the yellow guy in the toolbar, it will sign you out of IM completely. Just wanted to cover that first.

Minimized where it's just a small thin bar yes IM stays open and you should hear the sound and see the counter next to the Yoono guy in the sidebar have a red box w/ a number next to it as updates or IMs come in.

Furthermore, if you allow pop-up notifications. you'll see one of those when receiving a new IM from someone.

So you're not seeing any of these?

Hello all. Facebook is having issues at this time. Our implementation of facebook is in compliance and has been working with no issues. Today, there is some random downtime and many complaints on Twitter about Facebook issues.

We're not sure what is causing the problem but hope it is resolved soon. As far as we can tell it's an issue with Facebook. Thanks for your patience.

Management of Friend Requests

Historical Friend Requests. I ignore friend requests from people I don't know but someone is saying they requested me and I ignored so I want to add them. Can I see all friend requests that I've ignored?

If not, then can we change it from "ignored" to "deny" so that they can re-request? Ignored is a big confusing in my opinion.
