Hi Sophia. LinkedIN has not been included in the Internet Explorer version of Yoono at this time.

It's available in Firefox and soon will be available in Yoono Desktop (within a few days).

Terribly sorry for the confusion. I hope to have news about IE very soon.

Hi there. Thank you for submitting this. I can say that I've never seen this issue before. I'm going to forward this to our team and see if this is something we can resolve w/o a reinstall.

What troubleshooting steps have you done so far? Also, did you upgrade from a previous version of Yoono or are you a new user?

Hi Carsos. Would it be any trouble at all to do a screen grab for us? In the reply field simply click, "add an image" and show us the linkedin tab so we can see exactly what the behavior is?

I trust this is a possibility but visual confirmation will help us.

We don't usually point fingers but the fact that you can connect perfectly at home is a case that shows it's your network connection at work. Unfortunately, we don't have any fixes for proxy at this time. – Adam Jackson, on December 03, 2009 20:51

Hi Steffen. I'm assuming that you upgraded from version 6.2.1 to 7.0 so that, in very rare cases does happen.

Removing Facebook as a network from Yoono then restarting Firefox will reset the authorization token. Then add facebook and it should work w/ no error.
