I fixed it!

In Facebook, on the left-hand bar next to the "Applications" title, click "Edit". (link)

In the list of apps that comes up, find the Twitter app. Click "Edit Settings".

Uncheck "Status Updates" and click "Save Changes".

Go to the Twitter Facebook app page (link)

Click "Allow Twitter to Update my Facebook Status"

It should work now! Horray!
