Help understanding the "Personalize your retirement" section

If I put the plan duration to a lower number (age I think), the needed line in the bar graph goes down but if I do a higher age the needed line goes up. To me it seems backwards because if I retire earlier I need more money to live on, right? if someone can explain to me how it is getting the numbers, I think I could understand it better. Also, If I put the summary number at the same number as the above age it gives me an error that says it can't be lower than my number above even though it's the same number.

I agree that something needs to be said... when I first got on socialthing I was super excited and I was seeing regular updates but now I haven't even seen pownce get removed from the vote list... I feel like this site has been forgotten and I just want to hear that it's not or I might as well move somewhere else... Profile image should come from another service

I have been using socialthing.com for a while now but they are not an openID provider and I like some of the features they have in their settings and I think you should copy or do similar like selecting a profile image from another service that you have already attached to your profile.

What is the point in adding your digg user name to social thing? I added mine and I see no updates via digg about anything I've dugg, favorited, or shouted... Is mine just broken?
