FiOS CS endless loop of painVerizon's automated CS phone routing has the dreaded endless loop. I called the FiOS 888 number to switch my billing credit card. Enter account tel #, then press 1 for Billing, then press 3 for Payments, get someone in the finance dept, who can't find account. "Oh it's Fios? Let me transfer you." I get transferred back to the Enter tel # prompt... this happened 3 times. Each time I told them I kept getting the same dept. Stupid automated phone system combined with drones on the other end of the phone.
