Twitter is not displaying correctly! All images are blocked backgrounds not showing, and the whole thing just doesn't look right. I am getting errors on the web page:

Does anybody know what is going on? We have checked with our IT guys and it is not being blocked by our firewall, but this never happened before anyway.

We have also tried running in both Firefox and IE and is doing the same in both.
