Well no, not really. I'm just keen to see how/what they've done though. If the application hits their own web service and then pings it back to yours then that's not good.
Is anyone that has this working on a mac able to run some kind of HTTP debugger to see where the data is being sent?
They have posted a solution for Windows users on their GetSatisfaction site but it doesn't work. Their statement was to make sure you have the checklists module published.
Even if it did work, this indicates to me that this program will only work for Checklist Tasks and not Tickets anyway so I think that's the last that i'll bother with it. I need something to work with Tickets.
Oh...and I emailed again yesterday...still no response :( -

Thanks for your reply. I also received and replied to your email on Friday. Although I won't use Timepost now due to the lack of response I received, I will revisit it in a few months since I am an ActiveCollab/Harvest/Basecamp user.

It's been 20 days since my 3rd email. This is poor support/service.
Are you understaffed?
Did a developer quit your team?
Are you underfunded?
Time for me to notify Activecollab and Basecamp about this poor support. -
