Afront asked a question in Spotify on December 07, 2009 17:00:
Territories tag says yes, but can't play in listed territoryIf you look up the Rosenrot album by Rammstein using the web API, it reports that it's playable in Sweden:
http://ws.spotify.com/lookup/1/?uri=s...
However I'm told that this album is NOT playable in Sweden. Is there some kind of override switch on territorial restrictions? Or is this behaviour unintentional?-

Sorry but I'm gonna have to join here - I've tried to get used to the Buy buttons but as a premium subscriber I would like to have the option to disable these. I've no problem if this is enabled by default, just let me and the other premium subscribers who choose to disable it.
A few times now I've accidentally clicked a Buy button and had to wait for the window to populate before I could close it again and continue navigating Spotify (since clicking the buy button freezes all Spotify controls). I found this quite annoying.-

You can drag-and-drop albums and playlists to a desktop folder. This creates Internet Shortcuts. Then just use Windows Explorer to manage the shortcuts. See:

Afront replied on May 28, 2009 17:18 to the question "Can you save a playlist as for backup purpose?" in Spotify:
I just use Firefox's bookmark manager: it acts as both a playlist manager and a backup. Here's a demo:
This way I can sort all my playlists into folders, sync them across multiple machines (via the Xmarks plugin), save and share my collection with friends, and be safe in the knowledge that I have a local backup.-

Afront replied on May 22, 2009 11:12 to the question "McAFEE SECURITY 2009 VIRUS ISSUES" in Spotify:
AVG antivirus (which is free and just as good as McAfee btw) has no problem with Spotify: just did a scan and there were no infections found.
I expect McAfee is just throwing a "false-positive" - this happens often with new or updated software and can be triggered by all sorts of perfectly legitimate code. Once flagged, McAfee then require the developers to submit all sorts of files, details, and explanations before they will put the app back onto their safe list.
