Users can manage their SMS subscription status to your SMS list by sending SMS messages to SPONGE (776643).

They can subscribe by sending a message that reads 'go [your user name]' So, for example, if the username you have in this field is 'beatkonducta', the text of the SMS should be 'go beatkonducta'

Similarly, users can unsubscribe by texting 'stop beatkonducta' to SPONGE.

Many programs (Microsoft Outlook, for example) allow you to export your contacts into a CSV file.

You can also create a CSV file by copying and pasting lists of email addresses into a spreadsheet program such as Microsoft Excel.

You can then upload the CSV file to Spongecell Promote and use promote to manage your communications. Here’s a link that’ll show you the details on how to compile such a file.

There are two options to get event data into calendar email applications like Outlook/iCal:

1. RSS Feed
a. Pro: Always Updating
b. Con: Not in calendar format



2. iCal
a. Pro: In calendar format
b. Con: Not always updated



Right now the only way to get an RSS Feed or iCal download is from the widgets (the link in the boxed calendar widget).

You can easily save yourself the work of customizing multiple event pages.

1. Customize one event page template.

2. Scroll down to the "Event Management" box and repeat the event as many times as needed.
