Can events span more than one day?Events can span any length of time. Learn how:
1.In the Basic details for your event, locate the second field Time*
2. Select the box directly below, "Specify end Time?"

Styling the Subscription WidgetFollow these simple steps, and you can easily customize the subscription widget.
1. View and understand the HTML and CSS code of the widget.
Click here to view a copy of the subscription widget. If you view the source of this page in your web browser, you will see the HTML and CSS which produces it.
2. Once you understand how the widget is styled, you can modify the CSS rules to adapt its styling to your site.
3.Include the modified CSS in the header of your own site.
4. If you want to change a setting that is already set in the widget's own CSS, you may have to use techniques such as !important to override.

I would suggest trying our list widget, which can be customized to smaller dimensions than the boxed calendar.
Here is a PDF on how to customize a list widget:

Anna replied on March 31, 2008 14:43 to the discussion "Can I promote 2 events at the same time?" in Spongecell:
Spongecell can support as many events as you have going on at any given time; 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7..etc.
The article above, is highlighting your ability to create a distinct calendar, to manage each respective event.
For example, you may create one calendar to promote 4 upcoming concerts(4 unique events) for "musician A", and create a second calendar to promote 11 upcoming concerts (11 unique events) for "musician B".

Anna replied on March 24, 2008 16:08 to the question "Event HTML Links" in Spongecell:
There are currently two options to add a website link in your event page.
1. Login to the promote center and click on customize an event page.
On the 5th item, check the box to enable HTML description.
Here you need to use HTML tags to link your website.
2. You can also enter the html link in the ‘Ticket Link’ field under 'Basic Info' for your event page. Adding an HTML link inside an event is not currently a feature, but we’ll keep you updated here on Get Satisfaction when it becomes available!

Can multiple people access the same account? Can multiple people share an account?
You can invite multiple users to join under the ‘Account’ tab.
At the top of your account dashboard, locate the blue tab “Sharing”on the far left.
Here, you can add email’s to join your account, and don’t forget to save your changes.

How to email a Flyer: PromotersThe aim of any email is to get people to start talking and generate some buzz around your event, and using our add to life tools will not only start some conversations, but build your list too!
1. The first step is to create the email content. We offer some templates, or you can use your own.
2. Now, you want to put the power to spread the word in the hands of your readers. Choose one or all of the add to life tools we offer: interactive calendar and/or list widget announcing all your upcoming events, which give your readers the ability to send email and SMS to friends, who send to their friends, so on an so forth.
3. Customize unique event pages for each individual event, and allow a forum for people to talk it up and give you feedback for future events.
4. You also now have the ability to track who's interested/turnout, using the RSVP graphs, and knowledge of how many emails have been opened the email, re-read the email, and passed the email on to friends.
5. You can attach the flyr to the email, but remember to link the flyr back to the event page you created, so people are directed to another location to take advantage of the interactive tools!
