Sorry for the confusion. Both envTouch and Rogue are in the list but they are in grey. This means "still in testing process" as described in the top of the list.
When AirSet Mobile is available, the phone in the list will be black or blue.
To be honest, it is hard to tell the ETA because it varies how long it takes to get approved by Verizon after the completion of the development. As a matter of fact, it has been 6-8 weeks in the past.

Aiki replied on October 02, 2009 17:00 to the problem "New User Error" in AirSet:
There was a problem in the combination of some character choices, but it should have been fixed on Tuesday.
However, it seems this didn't fix all of your problems.
Will you send me a feedback from the main menu in AirSet, "Help and Support > Feedback"? I would like to ask you more details of the sample fail case.
Please note my name or your handle name, kaizoku, in the feedback.

Aiki replied on October 01, 2009 22:49 to the question "Config/Use of Airset - should I create sub-calendars or multiple clouds?" in AirSet:
Sorry that I gave you a wrong information. You are right, in the template, there is no "Private" option.
Our Calendar engineer told me that the option was dropped to avoid another issue in editing events. He put this to his feature request list, so please stay tuned.
But for now, you create a template with setting the participants, and when you create a new event from the template, you need to check "Private" manually.

Aiki replied on October 01, 2009 00:45 to the question "Config/Use of Airset - should I create sub-calendars or multiple clouds?" in AirSet:
The feature "Private Event" will help the case.
Please take a look at this link: Creating Private Events
If each event is set Private to you and the tutor, other tutors will not see it. Also, you can see everyone's events when you are always set in all events.
You would also like to create an event template to make each tutor's events easier so that you don't always need to set participants.
Please see this link: Creating and Editing Templates for sub-calendar events

Unfortunately, there is no such feature, but there is a way to sync Outlook Calendar and AirSet Calendar. You can use DesktopSync to sync both Calendars.
Please take a look at this:

Aiki replied on September 30, 2009 20:46 to the problem "Viewer Role Able to Edit Calendar" in AirSet:
Sorry for the problem. Certainly, anyone in the viewer role should not be able to make any change in Calendar. But we cannot reproduce the situation.
Could you send me a Feedback from the main menu in AirSet and select "Help and Support > Feedback"? and in the feedback, please note my name and also tell me the name of the Cloud Computer.

Aiki replied on September 30, 2009 17:09 to the question "Can Calendar Event default timezone be changed to something different than "local time"?" in AirSet:
If you have set your time zone to Arizona Time in AirSet Preference, you should be able to create events in your "local time", Arizona Time.
Will you check again if the time zone setting is correctly saved from the following link?

Aiki replied on September 30, 2009 16:47 to the question "Calendar shortcut does not point to the current date" in AirSet:
It sounds like when you created the shortcut, the Calendar didn't show "Today".
Please click the button in the calendar to move to Today's Calendar.

and make sure it says "t.today" in the url.
For example, it should look like: http://www.airset.com/AirSet.jsp#app.Calendar+gi.zdNlXBRiUhlL_v.week-p+t.today+ex.1
create a new shortcut again from the star icon in the top right, and you should be able to open Today's Calendar.
Please let me know if this doesn't work.
