Facebook has no responsibility to provide any support. They are just one of many entities providing similar social-networking services. If you are dissatisfied with the support component of their service it is -your- responsibility to (1) make a fuss so that the company is informed that it is lacking in this area or (2) move to a different service (or combination) that provides the level of support that you desire. – Anthony Mastrean, on September 28, 2009 21:49

Wow! It surprises me that the fix comes with side effects. Will the problem continue to be investigated? or is this the only solution?

Verizon.com is only for phone service. You have to set up a Verizon.net account [http://www.verizon.net/]. You can call the web support (eCenter) dept at 1 (888) 669-9901 and tell them you need a Verizon.net account.

The Verizon FIOS billing center is at (412) 497-7911. The Verizon web support center (not to be confused with the Tech Support dept) and sometimes called the eCenter, is 1 (888) 669-9901.
If you just want to -pay- a bill, call the billing center. If you want to -change- the way you're being billed, try the eCenter.

I cannot delete any Google Reader tags!After deleting about 100 tags, and having more left to delete, I started getting the "Oops...an error occurred" message. I cannot delete any more tags. This has been a major issue for many months and people on the Google Reader group have the same unsolved problem.

Hey reps, I'm a software engineer and I know this feature can be a major effort. However, simply stating that you share our frustration and would like to see it implemented is doing little to manage our expectations.
