A.K.'s dashboard

I'm having the same issue as Ducky. I can play clips on Hulu but with no sound, and when I clicked on the collections link above the sound was just fine. The strangest thing is that I was visiting Hulu and playing videos with sound and then one day was unable to hear anything. I've taken all the suggested steps, but nothing changes.
