This is a great headset. My friends don't realize I'm on it half the time. But, the ear pieces supplied leave a lot to be desired, and the earhopok borders on useless. I have seen others bring this up but get the reply,\" Our people wear them all the time and like them\".
You aren't selling to your people, you are selling to your customers. Please, please PLEASE...come up with another ear hook, and the Zivio will be perfect.
It doesn't fit very well, and after a few weeks, gets to the point were it frequently slides out of the holder, allowing the earpiece to fall free.
Again, please fix this problem.
