A comment on the idea "5 feature requests to make it rock even more!" in Flavors.me:
You can usually set-up a URL to mask a domain at your hosting company. On the domain above, I just added a subdomain (to my Dreamhost acct), and added my Flavors.me account to that. Cake.
Traditionally, masking is generally frowned-upon because it would cause confusion to anyone who would bookmark a 'child' page (on a site with traditional 'pages'). But since there is only one page on Flavorsme, that's a non-issue.
The only issue that would arise is the fact that I'm stripping-away the only branding that Flavorsme had in-place. I would hope they would understand though. :-) – Alan Houser, on December 10, 2009 14:23

You can do your own URL now. Mine: http://me.creativecomponent.com.

Inline Typekit script exampleScript idea/question. I just noticed that the Event Apart live feed site ( http://aea.afeedapart.com/2009/san-fr... ) is using Typekit.
After digging, I noticed this inline script: "try{Typekit.load();}catch(e){}"
Any idea what that does? Could it be to force Typekit to render first?

Custom Domains?I need to set a custom domain for my Storenvy store, and I don't see that this is an option. Can we pay more for this? It's a deal-breaker.
A comment on the update "Typekit Browser Support" in typekit:
Aaron, if Chrome is at 5% on some sites, how is that a show stopper? Corporate America won't switch to Chrome until something major happens for Chrome to gain their trust. Also, it's not Typekit's fault about Chrome's lack of support for @font-face. They will get there soon. – Alan Houser, on November 15, 2009 13:45

Typekit Outage?Assuming Typekit is down?
This time I did nothing. It must be a server issue.
