I'm afraid that unless you have a contact at your local BBC outlet to offer specific advice, the best way is probably to go to http://www.bbc.co.uk/jobs/ (which looks down at the moment!) or https://jobs.bbc.co.uk/fe/tpl_bbc03.a... Sorry not to be able to be more specific, but I'm not sure this is the best place... :(
