Hello Jason -- I hope you are well? I just wanted to thank you for your past two responses. Your help with my account in general, and getting these two feeds to work in particular, has been much appreciated.
Apologies if "Debugging in [my] account is not easy due to the number of sources that [I] have", but I really do enjoy your service and find it very useful...hence the number of feeds I have!
If I experience any further problems going forward, I do hope I can get in touch with you again?

Email Notifications from two RSS feeds are not arrivingHello there -- I wonder if you can help? My Username is: alanlb0306. In the last couple of days, I have added the following RSS feeds to my account, and selected email notification for both of them:
(1) http://downloads.bbc.co.uk/podcasts/r... and
(2) http://feeds2.feedburner.com/frequenc...
However, I have received no results/email notifications in respect of either of these RSS feeds. I don't understand why this is, as (1) above is a BBC podcast feed that is updated daily.
All my other email notifications from notify.me appear to be coming through without difficulty.
Can you help with this please?

As you will see from my account (Username alanlb0306), I very much like your service and have a large number of sources that I receive email notifications of via notify.me.
As a consequence, I often reach my maximum of 50 emails per hour. Whilst I know I can always read my messages via your website, I store the emails I receive from notify.me for future reference, so I do "loose" some :(
Is it possible to increase my "maximum" I can receive from notify.me from the current limit of 50 emails per hour?
I do hope you can help with this, and I look forward to hearing from you in reply.

My email notifications stopped arriving at 10:28am this morning, although I have made no changes to my account...whilst notifications are still appearing in my account on your website.
Can you help with this, as I would like email notifications to continue/re-start as soon as possible.

Just so you know. I am continuing to receive emails from other sources at my registered email address without interruption.

I am able to login to my other accounts directly via the Twitter website without difficulty.

Then, when I try to add a feed to my account, when I click the "Add Site" button, I am logged out of my account and have to log back in to check the feed was added ok.

Errors with my "Sending" email addressesHi there -- I hope you can help with this problem.
My Otherinbox Username is: AlanLB.
I have noticed a "duplication" of "sending" email addresses (by this I mean the name available for use before the "@" sign) in the drop-down list of email addresses I can "send" from when I want to send an email from my Otherinbox account.
If a mailbox is created automatically or manually, and I subsequently change the name of the mailbox, BOTH the original mailbox name AND the changed name appear in the drop-down list as being available to use before the "@" sign.
For instance, the mailbox "itrackminecom" was created automatically, and I changed it to "iTrackMine.com". In the drop-down list of sending email addresses I can use appears both "itrackminecom" and "iTrackMine.com".
I only want the "changed" name to appear in my drop-down list. In the above example, I would only want "iTrackMine.com" to appear.
How do I delete the names I don't want from the drop-down list?
