Hello, Toggl has been around for more than 3 years. We have a solid and growing cashflow, and we're clearly targeting for the long haul.
There is no impatient investor money involved, so we don't see any motivation to stop developing Toggl instantly. The market of internet services is just beginning to take off, and you bet we will continue being on this train.
We will launch a new version of API in the upcoming months, it will simplify the data import/export significantly.
A comment on the idea "iPhone Interface" in Toggl:
Hi Ron, Classic Timer is here to stay on browsers and Toggl Desktop. We will continue supporting and improving it. But, we have no plans to add new timer views to the iPhone application. Not at least in the foreseeable future. – alari@toggl, on September 23, 2009 07:27

alari@toggl replied on September 14, 2009 12:09 to the problem "The new Toggl Desktop for Windows is a huge step backwards" in Toggl:
We're working on Nano. It seems that different users have quite different preferences on what layout and features a timer should have.
We have happy users of Nano who find Classic absolutely not intuitive. And, vice versa, we have a group of Classic-fans who could not imagine themselves using Nano under no circumstances whatsoever.
The good thing about Toggl is that there is a freedom of choice. We have plans to improve and simplify Toggl API, so anybody can create their own version of Timer.
