Hi Brigit, currently you can't add tasks for other users.

It can be a source of confusion in some cases, so we should add a new data field 'creator' and 'created at' to clarify who created the task to this person. At the moment we don't want to add more data fields to the task, because already we have several users complaining that Toggl gets overly complicated.

We're trying to be very conservative in terms of creating new functionality. Simplicity and ease-of-use are our top priority.

Hello, you can switch between Classic Timer and Nano in widget. Just right-click on the tray icon (or Dock icon on Mac), and you'll see a menu where to select the timer.

Hi Sherry! The best way to enter time manually is to use Recent Tasks page. It is located next to the Dashboard.

You can add new clients and projects just by typing them in on that page. It's that simple.

Hi, you can make the projects inactive en-masse. It's actually similar to closing, as they don't turn up in timetracking anymore.

We're continuing to improve the user interface, and mass-delete is one thing in the wish list.

You can see your own tasks on the Recent Tasks page (next to the Dashboard), and in the Reports.

Hello Stephanie. Yes, with Nano you don't see the list initially. Once you start typing into the project field, the autocomplete box will pop up with relevant project names.
